We operate as a technology-enabled Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business, bringing professional expertise, strategic procurement, construction coordination and integrated supply solutions together under one accountable organisation.
Infrastructure projects are becoming increasingly complex. Lotus Milagro was created to fill exactly that role.

Our Story
From a Clear Idea to an Integrated Solutions Business
Lotus Milagro was founded by Rajiv Kgopotso Khoza on a simple observation: South African organisations were repeatedly forced to appoint several disconnected providers to deliver a single outcome. An engineer here, a supplier there, a contractor somewhere else — each accountable for a fragment, and nobody accountable for the whole.
The company was established to close that gap. By coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and industrial supply within one governed structure, Lotus Milagro gives clients a single point of accountability for outcomes rather than activities.
From the outset the business was built to be technology-enabled — using digital procurement records, structured reporting and data-informed decision-making to give clients visibility that traditional suppliers rarely offer.
Today Lotus Milagro serves clients across mining, energy, government and municipalities, manufacturing, commercial property, education and healthcare — from operational bases in Pretoria, Gauteng and Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The long-term vision remains unchanged: to become a recognised South African business solutions partner contributing to infrastructure development, economic growth and sustainable enterprise.
