Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Rajiv Kgopotso Khoza founded Lotus Milagro (Pty) Ltd and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He established the company with a clear vision: to build a technology-enabled business that brings together engineering, procurement, construction and plant hire capability under one trusted organisation.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) background, Rajiv brings a commercial and operational perspective to infrastructure and procurement. His approach combines disciplined business management with a strong focus on governance, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Recognising that modern infrastructure requirements demand multidisciplinary expertise, Lotus Milagro coordinates delivery through appropriately qualified professionals, trusted suppliers and experienced delivery partners.
Rajiv's long-term vision is to develop Lotus Milagro into a recognised South African business solutions partner that contributes to infrastructure development, economic growth and sustainable enterprise through responsible leadership and practical innovation.
