Rajiv Kgopotso Khoza is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Lotus Milagro (Pty) Ltd. He established the company with a clear vision: to build a technology-enabled Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business that brings together professional expertise, strategic procurement, construction coordination and integrated supply solutions under one trusted organisation.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) background, Rajiv brings a commercial and operational perspective to infrastructure and procurement. His approach combines disciplined business management with a strong focus on governance, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Recognising that modern infrastructure projects require multidisciplinary expertise, Lotus Milagro coordinates services through appropriately qualified professionals, trusted suppliers and experienced delivery partners.
Rajiv's long-term vision is to develop Lotus Milagro into a recognised South African business solutions partner that contributes to infrastructure development, economic growth and sustainable enterprise through responsible leadership and practical innovation.
